A quick delicious snack 😋

Ingredients:
1Kg Pastry
Olives
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mushrooms
Mozzerella
Cheddar
Mixed Herbs

Method:
Roll your pastry out into a square.
Sprinkle it with some extra Virgin olive oil and the start adding your chopped up mushrooms and olives.
Now add a mixture of mozzerlla and cheddar cheese. Top with some mixed herb spices.

Roll your pastry slowly as if you are rolling a springroll.
Place into the freezer for about 1 hour.

Cut your pastry roll with a thickness of 1cm. Now place it into a greased tray and bake at 180 degrees until brown.

This one's for the Local Businesses...

I'm not sure where to begin but I know I have a LOT to say.

Suddenly I have become really annoyed at customers and the way they handle things.

Almost all my friends and family own local businesses and the things I have heard about customers and the way they treat local businesses is shocking!

Customers are so quick to call out local businesses when they do something wrong or make a simple mistake, but what about the things they do?

Like ordering stuff and not paying?
Paying and reversing payments?
Not paying on time?
Placing orders and then ghosting?
The late phone calls at night?
Saying you can get it cheaper somewhere else?
And the list goes on....

I know so many local businesses who have worked hard to get where they are. Who offer amazing service and go out of their way to provide you with the best products possible.

We do not deserve to be treated like robots! We are actual people working our buts off to make sure that you are happy with your order and to make sure you get your goods on time.

So If you can't afford something don't buy it. If something came up and you can't pay, notify the business. If you ordered something don't ghost us 🙄
